These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) apply to the sale of products (“Products”) through the website https://nordicoils.info/ (the “Website”). This Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and NordicHealth (“Seller” or “we” or “us”).

Scope of the Agreement
This Agreement applies to all purchases of Products through the Website. By making a purchase through the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Seller with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Products
The Products available for purchase on the Website are subject to change at any time without notice. The Seller reserves the right to discontinue the availability of any Product at any time. The Seller makes no representations or warranties in relation to the availability of any Product.

Orders
By placing an order through the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this Agreement. To place an order, you must follow the instructions on the Website, including providing the information required to complete your order. By submitting your order, you represent that all information you provide in connection with your order is true and accurate.

Price and payment
The price of the Products shall be as stated on the Website at the time you place your order, subject to any price changes which may be posted on the Website from time to time. Payment for the Products must be made at the time of ordering. The Seller accepts payment by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

Delivery
The Products will be delivered to the address provided by you at the time of ordering. The Seller will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver the Products within the estimated delivery time stated on the Website. The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery of the Products due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism or other causes beyond its control.
Returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Products to the Seller within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that the Products are returned in their original condition and packaging. The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if these requirements are not met.

Guarantees
The Seller warrants that the Products sold through the Website will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at the sole discretion of the Seller.

Limitation of liability
Seller shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Products, including but not limited to indirect, incidental or consequential damages or damages for loss of profits, revenue or data, whether an action in contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of the use or performance of the Products.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
